Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about your order/ordering? Review our handy guide below for our most frequently-asked questions before contacting us.

Training Photos

How often are Training Photos updated?

There is not a set schedule for each Base or Unit. Once we gain access to photograph training activities, we post the images as soon as possible. It can take 2 to 4 weeks (usually sooner!) for photos to be processed and posted to our site once we've captured the images.

We do not guarantee that all soldiers or activities will be photographed. If you want to see more of your trainee, tell them to get in front of our cameras! Our photographers are very visible.

I have purchased Basic or Premium Access. How do I activate my Basic or Premium Access?

You will receive two emails from Support@FtMoorePhotos.com after you successful transaction. One is your Order Confirmation Email with a summary of your order and the other prompts you to set a password for your account that we created using the email address you used to place the order.

You can also visit FtMoorePhotos.com/Login and select "Forgot Password" to set your password. When using "Forgot Password", please make sure you are using the email address you've used to place your order.

We experience a lot of customers who submit orders and an Autofill will submit an email address that they were not expecting or one that they do not have access to any longer. We recommend viewing your Order Confirmation Email after you purchase and carefully look at the order details to make sure you have used your desired email address.

How do I log in to view Training Photos?

You can log in by clicking on the "VIEW NOW" button on our homepage or "VIEW" button on our Main Menu. In addition, you can click on the account icon and there will be a "Training Photo Log In" button.

Please keep in mind that you have two separate accounts. The action photos have their own account that use the email address you input when ordering to create your account.

This account needs to have a password created first before being able to access photos. Use the email that we send or click on "Forgot Password" to set one.

I am having trouble setting up my password. What is the password criteria?

Your password for your Action Photo account must be at least 8 characters, contain it least one number, at least one capital letter, and contain it least one special character.

Example:Abc123-$!

How do I find my Soldier’s Unit's Training Photos?

When visiting FtMoorePhotos.com, click "View" on the landing page. You can register for a free account to view low-resolution thumbnails or return to the "SHOP" to purchase Premium or Basic Access to Action Photos.

Action Training Photos will be organized by the first letter of your soldier’s Company name and the Battalion/Regiment numbers. The current training cycle's subfolders will NOT have a grad date appended to the subfolder name. Previous cycles will have the company name and battalion/regiment numbers followed by the OSUT Grad Date (or final BCT grad date for the cycle if in a BCT-only or Split Training unit).

Example: The current Echo Company 1/81 subfolder would be labeled E181After the February 23, 2023 OSUT GRAD DATE, this subfolder would be labeled E181_20230223.

When can I start seeing Training Photos of my soldier's unit?

It can take 2 to 4 weeks (usually sooner!) for photos to be processed and posted to our site. The current training cycles will NOT have a grad date appended to their subfolder name. Previous cycle's subfolders will have the company letter and number followed by the date they graduated.

Example: The current Echo Company 1/81 subfolder would be labeled E181. After the February 23, 2023 OSUT GRAD DATE, this subfolder would be labeled E181_20230223.

Do you photograph every soldier and BCT training activity? Can you take requests of specific soldiers?

We strive to photograph all soldiers but we do not guarantee that all soldiers or activities will be photographed. We cannot take requests to photograph specific trainees. If you want to see more of your trainee, tell them to get in front of our cameras!

When do you stop photographing the BCT Training Photos?

We stop photographing Action Photos about 2 weeks before OSUT Units complete BCT or 2 weeks before BCT-Only or Split Training Units graduate.

Do you service AIT for Portraits and Training Photos?

We do not photograph AIT. We only capture Basic Combat Training (BCT) Official Portraits, Platoon Photos, and BCT Action Photos.

How long do you archive Training Photos for viewing and downloading?

Per our agreement with Fort Moore and the ARMY, we are only able to archive Action Photos for about 6 months.

I found Training Photos of my SIT. How do I order prints of these images?

We do not create prints of Activity Training Photos. Once you purchase access, you can download images for personal use.

Can I post photos that I download to social media or any other website/platform?

We please ask that you do not upload photos from our site to social media or any other website or platform. Images are for personal use only. This is a stipulation that not only comes from us, but from the base and the ARMY as well.

Prints

How long do you archive Portrait Photos for print?

We are only able to archive Portrait Photos for 9 months from graduation date.

If you cannot select the Month, Day, and Year of the AIT Grad Date for your Soldier, ordering is closed for this Unit and we can no longer fulfill orders for this Soldier or Unit.

How do I find out my soldier’s Company/Battalion/Regiment name & number?

That information will come from your soldier in training (usually in the form of a phone call or letter home). As the photography company on base, we are not provided with individual information.

We do not catalog units by their nicknames/mottos so the correct company, battalion, infantry regiment, platoon and grad date will be needed to place an order.

If your SIT was transferred or recycled at any time during training, we recommend learning which platoon they were photographed with, and use that information when ordering.

Which graduation date should I enter when placing my order?

Please use your trainees final graduation date from all training at Fort Moore. For most units at Fort Moore this would be your AIT grad date. We catalog trainees by their final graduation date at Fort Moore. Failure to provide the correct grad date will result in your order being delayed.

We know that there have been an increasing number of units only participating in BCT at Fort Moore and then being transferred to a separate base for AIT. In this case, use your BCT graduation date as it would be your final graduation date from Fort Moore.

Example: E181 AIT Graduation Occurs on 02/23/2023. When ordering for a soldier in this unit, please select 02/23/2023 in the dropdown calendar. IF YOU CANNOT SELECT THE MONTH, DAY, AND YEAR OF THE AIT GRADUATION, ordering is closed for that unit and we can no longer fulfill orders for that soldier/unit.

When ordering the Warrior Print or a package that contains this print, the date submitted with your order will be the date printed on the Warrior Print. We are not responsible to replace items that have printed with the date submitted with your order if you've submitted the wrong date.

I can't select my Soldier's Graduation date from the Calendar on the product pages?

We are only able to fulfill orders for 9 months after graduation. If you cannot select the Month, Day, and Year of your Soldier's AIT graduation date, we cannot fulfill your order.

Do I have to wait until Graduation to place my order?

No, as soon as you know your SIT's Unit credentials you can place your order. We may not be able to fulfill certain orders or portions of orders until close to or after graduation but we can process the order at any time.

Can you tell me what my soldier ordered on base to avoid ordering duplicates?

We are unable to provide personal information of any kind about your soldier.

It is important to note that FtMoorePhotos.com features different product offerings than those available on base with the exception of the Unit Group Photo 8" x 10" (the base offers the 11" x 14" ), the Calendar, and the Soldier's Creed.

Please note: The OCP Photo bundle that is included within many of our packages does include prints that are similar to the "reception package" offered on base, however, FtMoorePhotos.com offers a unique size configuration of prints than those available to your soldier on base.

We always recommend communicating with your soldier before placing an order.

Do you service AIT for Portraits and Training Photos?

We do not photograph AIT. We only capture Basic Combat Training (BCT) Official Portraits, Platoon Photos, and BCT Training Photos.

My SIT is training with a Troop and not a Company, what selection do I make?

We do not have a field for "Troop" in our soldier credential fields. Please use the corresponding letter of your Troop in the "Company" field.

My SIT is training with a Squadron/Cavalry Regiment, what selection do I make?

We do not have a field for "Squadron/Cavalry Regiment" in our soldier credential fields. Please use the Battalion/Regiment field and select the corresponding Squadron/Cavalry Regiment for your SIT's unit.

My SIT completed basic in one Unit and this Unit was then renamed for AIT. What unit should I enter for my order?

There have been an increasing number of units that have conducted Basic Training in one unit and then the same soldiers/unit are named a different unit for AIT. Orders placed for the original basic unit will still be processed accurately, however, if your SIT's platoon number changes we will not be made aware.

We do not receive record of which Soldiers are transferred to each platoon so we recommend contacting us by emailing support@FtMoorePhotos.com as soon as you learn of a transfer of unit/platoon.

We are not responsible for incorrect products received because of these transfers/unit name changes if we have not been provided the update by our customer.

Why is the grad date on my Warrior Print different from the grad date on the Platoon Photo?

The graduation date that prints on the Platoon Photo is the (Turning Blue) date that the ARMY has officially designated as the (Turning Blue) AIT/OSUT graduation date for a given unit.

The My Fort Moore Warrior Print 8x10 will print with the grad date that you submit with your order. We are not responsible to replace items that have printed with the date submitted with your order.

I'd like to order a single print or create a custom package of certain print sizes.

We can only sell the products and packages currently offered on FtMoorePhotos.com per our agreement with Fort Moore.

Can I ship my order to my SIT at Fort Moore?

We DO NOT recommend having your order sent to your trainee at Fort Moore. Some items may not be available or arrive and process through Fort Moore until your trainee has already moved on. Also, Drill Sergeant's limitations on items allowed can result in items being returned.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO REPLACE ORDERS THAT HAVE BEEN SHIPPED TO FORT MOORE AND ARE RETURNED AS UNDELIVERABLE.

If your order is returned to us, we may require additional shipping and handling fees to re-ship your order to a deliverable address.

My soldier attends both BCT & AIT at Fort Moore. Which grad date do I use to place my order?

Since Fort Moore is a one station unit training facility (OSUT) the graduation date we use to identify all soldiers is their final graduation date from Fort Moore (final graduation from both BCT & AIT).

All SITs do not attend both BCT & AIT at Fort Moore so just remember to use the final grad date when placing your order for a BCT-Only or Split Training cycle.

I'd like to order items of 2 or more different soldiers or order products of 2 or more different units?

Each order can only refer to 1 soldier or 1 unit's credentials. To order for multiple soldiers or units please place a separate order for each soldier or unit.

Are the prints offered on FtMoorePhotos.com of my SIT in OCP (camo) uniform?

Yes, we only offer prints of trainees in their OCP (camouflage) on FtMoorePhotos.com. Please refer to the product photos on our product pages for examples.

I'd like to order prints of my trainee in Dress Uniform (AGSU/Pinks & Greens)?

At this time we do not offer prints of trainees in their Pinks and Greens on FtMoorePhotos.com.

Please contact our parent company, Leonard's at Fort Moore, to order the AGSU prints by emailing Ft.Moore@Leonards.com or by calling 706-682-7844.

Do you provide a digital download option?

At this time we do not offer digital downloads for any of our portrait products found on FtMoorePhotos.com.

To view and download action images of your soldier in training's unit at Fort Moore, please purchase Basic or Premium Training Photo Access.

Can I post photos to social media or any other website/platform?

We please ask that you do not upload photos from our site to social media or any other website or platform.

Images are for personal use only. This is a stipulation that not only comes from us, but from the base and the ARMY as well.
